Mark D. Morgan

MARK D. MORGAN is a conductor, singer, and composer living and working in Massachusetts. He is the Director of Music at Hancock Church in Lexington MA, and is the Artistic Director and Co-Founder of New England Light Opera. His compositions include hymns, anthems, songs, and a the full length musical Smooth Sailing. He has performed and conducted choral music, opera, operetta, musical theater, early music, and chamber music all over the country. He was privileged to perform in the Boston professional premieres of Stephen Sondheim's Assassins and Sunday in the With George. He performs weekly with the River Rock Band at the progressive alternative service The Well. A graduate of the Eastman School of Music and Macalester College, Mark is a native of Wisconsin.
