God is King! The Lord is reigning, might and majesty his robe; to his seat on high ascended, girded round with glory splendid, there in time and space sustaining this our star-encircled globe. Foreordained and founded fast, evermore his throne shall last! God is King! In storm and thunder wind and tide their warfare wage; bursting seas and breakers towering, pounding surge the rocks devouring, lightning rending skies asunder, ocean's roar and tempest's rage. Mightier far than sea or sky stands the throne of God on high! God is King! Let earth adore him, changeless still his sure decree; throned beyond our mortal telling, holiness and truth his dwelling, come with trembling hearts before him, bow the head and bend the knee, where the ransomed ever raise God's imperishable praise!
