Beyond the street, the glory; hills above the town: beyond the noise, the story; cradle, cross and crown. The church which God once planted through peril, grief and pain, has found how he has granted loss that turns to gain. Beyond the barn, the building, more than brick and stone, has held the faith unyielding, making Jesus known. He came to earth to save us from sin and death and hell: his word, his life, he gave us; God does all things well! Green pastures, living waters, spring in every place for new-born sons and daughters called by sovereign grace. Each name to God is precious , a roll-call seal above proclaiming, God is gracious, everlasting love! Beloved, baptized, believer, growing in new ways, Christ's promises receiving, give him all our praise! Beyond the night, the morning; the gospel points us home: beyond the dark, the dawning: come Lord Jesus, come!
