Dear Lord, who bore our weight of woe and for our pardon died, incline our hearts to feel and know those arms yet open wide. Those loving arms enfold us still nor turn one soul away; to him who welcomes all who will we come anew today. In penitence and faith we come on Jesus' promise stayed: of all our sin, the final sum for love alone he paid. He paid what none may comprehend; what all have lost, restored; the sinner's advocate and friend, our gracious loving Lord. Our loving Lord! We rest within that Name all names above, for vaster far than all our sin is Christ our Saviour's love.
