We tingle with excitement at the knowledge that God is love: the Easter-news is true! We wait upon the prompting of the Spirit in all the things our talents find to do. With holiness and beauty on our palette, we 'paint the town' in every hue of praise and write our poetry of hope and longing, with love and laughter decorate our days. We raise the roof of cellar and cathedral with sounds of jazz, with symphony and song, and pray that in our practice and our playing the consonance with heaven may be strong. How can our hands be still, our feet be idle through dance and music, colour and design, invited by the One who comes, proclaiming the Gloria of water into wine? Let all the world weave tapestries of worship to God creation's origin and crown; to Christ, the life and soul of Cana's party and to the Spirit of the festive round.
