O Lord, my rock, to you I cry when others will not hear; to you I lift my hands on high, whose arms are always near. I grieve for those who keep fine fields but harbor Godless schemes; who use your works for worthless ends, to squander on their dreams. Yet praise the Lord, who comes at length, who comes to right the wrong; to God our shepherd and our strength be praise in joyful song!
