Acclaim God's saving news, first given to the Jews, and give them honored place; through years of good and ill, they praise and cherish still the covenant of grace. Let us, like them, agree: Your people we will be, and by our journey trace your love most good and just, as we obey and trust your covenant of grace. Your holiness sublime surpasses space and time, yet has a human face; in Jesus seen and shown, we treasure and make known the covenant of grace. In Christ we safely name our failure, fear and shame, and need no hiding place, accepting like a child, reborn and reconciled, the covenant of grace. Forgiving and fulfilled, we hope to be, and build, a friendly, freeing space for healing, growth and prayer, where many seek and share the covenant of grace. We pray, in all we do, that knowledge old and new may nimbly interlace with caring deep and just, that others too may trust the covenant of grace.
