In highest heaven your will is done, Eternal God and Sovereign Lord; the Name of Father, Spirit, Son, is honored, worshipped and adored. The sum of things is in your hand, your scepter holds the stars in place, the glories of your kingdom stand beyond the bounds of time and space. Look, Lord, on our disordered earth, have mercy on the world you made, your Name accounted little worth, your will and purpose disobeyed. We too this fallen nature share, our worship faint, our witness dumb; yet, as you taught us, hear our prayer; your kingdom come, your kingdom come. Your kingdom come, your rule increase, renew your church to match the hour. Let warfares end, O Prince of peace, your word of life go forth in power. And in the Spirit's strength alone may we the news of Christ proclaim, till all the world rejoice to own your will, your kingdom and your Name.
