The grass will green again, my heart again will sing of summer's joy, of winter's pain, of all this life may bring. The trees will bud and flower, once more these beauties come. Once more I see creation's power to clothe my garden home. The sky shows blue again when clouds have come and gone. I give God thanks for sun and rain, and lift my voice in song. The song of life goes on as long as God gives breath. Our lives, as fleeting as the dawn, know love as strong as death.
